"No man is an island" this is what they always say. And I do believe in this saying because no one can live by his own. Everyone needs a companion, everyone needs a friend!
Everyone needs someone, someone to share the beauty of life with. Someone who will make their life meaningful and someone who can change them to be a better person for a better nation. Unity is a key to built a better nation. We must have it for the sake of our country. The Filipinos are known to be cooperative, they cooperate with each other because they have a strong bond that holds them tightly together, They work hand in hand. They help each other without consequences. That's how Filipinos work! And if all the people in the world will work hand in hand, surely we will never fail to have a better nation. But imagine if there is no unity, no cooperation? How would the world look like? War in every country, different crimes will be the only news that we'll hear and see and maybe we're not breathing right now. If unity and cooperation will not exist, every man should be killing his fellowman right now just because of some simple misunderstandings or mistake! See? See how the world would go when we'll lose unity and cooperation. So we better change!
Unity and cooperation is what we need for a better nation. Change! Change is all we need!

"Semestral Break"
Every student wants a break, a vacation! A week with no assignments, no projects, no requirements to do and all you can do is to sleep until midnight or whatever time you want, play and rest until you fall asleep again. You can do whatever you want. A semestral break! That's what they are waiting for, I mean that's what we are waiting for! And at last here it comes! So let's enjoy it.
Finally we can take a deep breath and rest fora while. A nine-days of vacation is nice for us students who have hectic schedules. We never run out of activities and we really need a break and now here it is. This sembreak, my mind really did rest. For nine days I did what I want because I'm free! By the way, this sembreak, I went to plaza to watch and support my friends because they joined the Twilight Festival. I really enjoyed watching them and I am happy and proud of them because they did very well. No one would expect that with 2 days of practice, a group of students without a dance instructor can do that good but they were not lucky enough to have a place for the winning groups just because the contest was unfair, their opponents were really prepared and there's a group whose members are all D.I's and great dancers. But I'm still proud of them :)
I wake up in the morning at 10:00, eat, watch tv, surfing the net, texting, talk to my friends, play online games, and sleep at 1:00am or 2:00am. This became my daily routine for more than a week. Yeah it feels good to live like this but it wont always be like this when we have classes. I didn't even notice that the time flies so fast and now is the day to visit our beloved grandparents and other love ones who just passed away. My phone beeps and my friends greeted me a Happy Halloween. Why do they like Halloween? For me, I don't really like it because I'm afraid of ghosts and I can't overcome my fears. Anyway, All Saints Day is not just a sad day for us, for others it's a happy day because it's like a reunion of your family. Your relatives from different places will be reunited to your family because of this Holiday.
I really enjoyed this sembreak and had enough rest but it's like I'm used with it specially my daily routine and I think I'm not yet ready to go to school but I have no choice. Oh well, this ends my vacation. I need to be early for the next days.

Filipinovation : The Way Forward
Changes are everywhere, and we are now living in a modern world. And I know that everyone can see these changes.
New inventions and new discoveries such as robots, gadgets and other newly improved or revised technologies are brought to us by different inventors and other smart and creative people around the world. We are lucky that we are now living in this fantastic world where there are lots of inventions and other technologies that makes us do our tasks faster and easier than before. But these inventions is not only for good because there are some which has side effects or bad effects. But these things have done lots of advantages and benefits to us, some of these things even became one of our necessities. These things became a part of our lives, it changed our everyday lives, and these changes can innovate and improved our lives.
This world is full of changes, and we must know and remember that change is constant. And if we want more better changes we must be a part of it, we must start it for a better country and a better world.

Breaking Barriers Through English!
Every country has their own language. Different nationality, different language. People use their own language to communicate with their fellowmen, and obviously they can understand each other because they have the same language. But what if people from different countries gather together and needs to talk, how can they understand each other if they have diff. languages? Well there is only one thing that we can do, it is to have one specific language, a language that the majority uses, and a language that needs to be learned by others whether they like it or not. And this language is known to be the "Universal Language".
We all know that English is the one which is called or known to be the Universal Language. But other people claim that their own language is the universal language. But I think that there's no doubt that the Modern English is the one because sometimes it is described as the first global lingua franca, and it is the dominant international language in communications, science, business, aviation, entertainment, radio and diplomacy. But if other people will fight or argue with others, this can cause to a war. This just mean that there's no cooperation among the countries. And we must avoid this fights or arguments, we must promote English, we must spread it so that there'll be unity.

My Teacher, My Hero!
"Education is the key to success." I always believe in this saying. But the question is, can you learn without a teacher? Of course you can, but it's not the same when you have someone to teach you, because books can't teach you or give you every information that you need.
Teachers are the ones who taught us things that we don't know before. They are the ones who taught us how to write, read, and the other basic things. They are also the ones who taught us the GMRC and disciplined us when we do bad things. They are the ones who help and guide us in things we can’t understand. And they are the ones who sacrificed their time and efforts just for us. And they are also called to be our second mother because they care for us. And we should thank them for everything that they’ve done for us, because without them, we will not succeed. We wouldn’t reach our dreams and pursue our goals. Without teachers, there will be no lawyers, accountants, nurses, architects, engineers and others.
We are very thankful that we have our good and patient teachers. We thank them for their sacrifices, time, and efforts. They really are our heroes, we can’t deny that. And we must admit it!
Life is a long journey; we need to succeed to be satisfied. And in order to be successful we should study hard and follow our teachers. Obey and respect them and be inspired!

First Quarter!
This first grading period/first quarter, I have learned many things from our good and talented teachers. They taught us and shared to us many things and experiences that we might encounter when the time comes.And I am very thankful that we have them. Different subjects, different teachers, and different studies and lessons.In our ICT class, i have learned a lot, we focused on the Internet. And because of this I have gained more knowledge about the Internet, it's uses and how it actually spread in every countries around the world. I have also learned about the websites and different blogs and links on the Internet. And I also made my own blog with the help of my teacher.
In life, we can't escape from the problems that comes on our way and will surely challenge us and make us stronger. While studying I have encountered many problems, challenges and difficulties in every subject that we are taking up. In some lessons, my problems are: I can't understand it, the teacher can't explain it well, sometimes I'm lazy because I have no interest in that lesson and lastly, boredom because when I'm bored, I can't concentrate on what they are discussing. But in our ICT class, the teacher is great and there are no things that are difficult to understand there(for now). I just need to listen and cooperate.
I addressed this challenges by trying to pay attention even if totally bored and sleepy sometimes and trying my best to understand every lesson. I'm encouraging myself to study hard because if I don't... I don't know what will happen.
Moving on, I will do my best to improve myself and my grades for the next grading periods.

"Sa Pagkaing Tama at Sapat...Wastong Timbang ni Baby ang Katapat"
We all know that food is one of our primary needs. Without foods we can't live. Food is very essential to us because it is a main requirement for us to survive. But we don't just eat any kind of food. We need to eat right and nutritious foods to make us healthy and strong as we can be. We should eat our meals three times a day and it must be healthy and good for us.
Pregnant women should eat nutritious or healthy foods for the sake of the babies inside their wombs and so that the babies will have proper weight when they come out. A pregnant woman should be very careful on what they do, eat or drink so that it will not affect the baby inside because babies are sensitive. They should care about their health. They should also maintain a balance diet. But others can't help their self in eating sweet and fatty foods. A pregnant woman should eat foods rich in Iron, vitamins and minerals. They shouldn't smoke or take illegal drugs because it affects the baby, it can cause abnormality to the baby or worse, death. One of the problems of our country is the immortality of women and babies. others have the same situation, they die in giving birth to their children.

First of all, I want to congratulate you for your victory and being the new elected President of our country. I know that you gave your best in your campaigns and you have lots of efforts on it.
